Product Description
Machine compositionThe machine is composed of thirteen parts: base, shutter, column components, upper box components, lower box components, sand shooting system, pressing head body, sand gate, hood components, pneumatic system, hydraulic system, electrical system,spare parts, etc.
lBase:is made from welding parts.It is the main support of the other functional parts of the machine. The machine is adjusted to the horizontal position by adjusting the screw.
lShutter:is mainly composed of middle box, guide frame, an upper guide rail, a ferrule assembly, sand box assembly, pusher, pusher down guide components Department sets of components, to achieve the box with the template of the import table and will make good sand to the device on the launch of the action process.
lcolumn components:is mainly composed by he upper slide frame, the lower slide frame, the column, the main cylinder, the lifting cylinder and so on. The upper and lower frames are connected with the upper and lower boxes respectively, and up and down along the four vertical columns, realizing the closing and compaction of the upper and lower boxes. Hard chromium plating on the surface of the column to increase the wear resistance.
lupper box components:is mainly composed of the upper box, the sand inlet pressure plate and the guide sleeve. Glue on the inner and lower surface of the upper box.
lLower box components:is mainly composed of the upper box, the sand inlet pressure plate and the guide sleeve. Glue on the inner and lower surface of the lower box.
lsand shooting system:is mainly composed by shooting box, shooting mouse, maintenance plate.
lpressing head body:is mainly composed of cross beam, pressure head, gate plug, pressure plate and so on.
lsand gate:It is mainly composed of cylinder, gate body and seal ring
lhood components:is composed of the whole machine shield, the limit switch bracket and so on
lpneumatic system: is mainly composed of template shuttle cylinder, sand type cylinder, gas road and so on. The control elements can control the movement or operation of the original parts such as the sand shooting system, the exhaust valve.
lhydraulic system:is composed of hydraulic station, air conditioning cooler, compacted cylinder, electromagnetic valve, pipeline and so on. The lifting and compaction of the upper and lower compacting stations can be realized through the control elements.
lelectrical system:adopts PLC control.The program has perfect self lock protection function and fault detection and display function.
