- Untrained personnel are prohibited from operating equipment.
- Operators should wear suitable clothes during operation, and they are not allowed to carry goods that are easily entangled on the machine or involved in the machine.
- It is necessary to keep the workplaces bright.
- The equipment should be checked before operation to ensure safety, otherwise the operation will not be allowed.
- it is forbidden to touch the movable parts in the operation.
- After changing the template(mould pattern), should check the the gate position. The position of the upper and lower compaction limit position protection must be adjusted, then the equipment can run well.
- Every shift is finished, should clean the piston rod and the guide bar in the machine to ensure there is no sand attached to the molding machine, so as to avoid a large accumulation of sand and cause the failure.
- Add proper amount of lubricating oil to the lubricating pump.
- Add proper amount of lubricating oil to the oil mist device .
- The air source should drain off the water every shift.
- Hydraulic oil should be added at proper amount, replace with new oil every year. If the oil is black, stinky, and become milk white, replace with the new oil.
